Job Summary:
As a Service Plumber, you will perform residential plumbing services, including work on drains, water heaters, slab leaks, line locates, and plumbing fixtures in restrooms and kitchens. Candidates must hold a valid Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License (or be willing to obtain one) and have a strong focus on customer service and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing services, including but not limited to water heater replacement/repair, fixture replacement, sewer, gas, and water service replacement.
- Diagnose and repair slab leaks, locate lines, and address drainage issues.
- Relight homeowner appliances once gas service is restored.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and excellent customer service.
- Maintain and operate a company-provided service truck, ensuring proper tools and equipment are on hand for jobs.
- Ensure all work complies with state and local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Carries out additional responsibilities directed by leadership as needed.
Compensation Package:

Qualifications:

License/Certification:
- Current Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License (Required).
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).

Experience & Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and sewer/gas lines.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and deliver quality workmanship.

Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- At least 3 years of driving experience.
