This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Simpsonville, SC. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. In this role, you will build strong talent pipelines, manage relationships with hiring managers, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and talent acquisition techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple hiring processes effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Ability to collaborate with team members to meet organizational hiring goals
- Previous experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
