The Kitchen Team works in a fun and fast-paced environment focused on delivering delicious local food that makes our hungry customers happy. The Bakery Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Bakery by leading production efforts, training staff, writing effective schedules and ensuring high quality products.

Requirements
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Responsible for the overall performance, efficiency and profitable operations of the Overnight Bakery and Production Bakery
- Manages profitability of department in accordance with the approved budget, which includes, but not limited to: sales, goals, cost of goods, labor and other expenses, price changes, projections, fresh item shrink & waste management
- Directly manages Bakery assistant managers, leads and Bakery staff; responsible for developing, supporting and challenging staff
- Performs supervisory duties including all Bakery hiring, training, disciplinary action and performance reviews
- Sets the pace in the Bakery each shift by helping to produce a high volume of product, models efficiency in all tasks and trains the team on quality, pace, and time management
AGE/AVAILABILITY
- Must be 21 years of age older
- 5 years kitchen and/or high volume bakery management experience
- Must be available early morning and weekends
- Must possess a passion for local food and an interest in telling the story behind it.
- Must conduct oneself in an honest, professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Must possess a love of people, interact with people well, and possess a desire for excellent customer service.
- Able to take direction, work independently, and as a member of a team, and able to create working relationships.
- Must be highly motivated, hard working, and possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Must pay attention to details, be organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
