Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Drainage Engineer role based in South Wales, NY. The Drainage Engineer will carry out investigations, maintenance, and repair works on drainage systems, including performing CCTV surveys, diagnosing faults, and recommending appropriate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating high-pressure water jetting equipment, clearing blockages, supporting patch lining and no-dig repair works, and completing root removal, descaling, and gully and manhole cleaning. The role involves preparing clear reports, communicating findings to supervisors and clients, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and contributing to planned maintenance programs. The Drainage Engineer will also support emergency call-outs as required, ensuring responsive service and professional site conduct.
