What You'll Do - Foundation Repair, Basement Waterproofing, Concrete, & Lifting
- Install both exterior and interior waterproofing solutions for basements and crawlspaces; residential and commercial buildings
- Jackhammer
- Manual excavations
- Sump pump system installation
- Buried yard drainage (French drains & downspouts)
- Install structural items such as; wall anchors, wall braces, floor joist/beams/posts.
What We're Looking For
- Safe effective operation of hand and heavy power tools (eg jackhammers, drills, and saws
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and work-related documents to ensure precise installation
- Capability to calculate accurate measurements, angles and volumes using basic algebra and geometry
- Capacity to reeatedly lift materiasl over 50 pounds, maneuver across uneven terrain and remian productive during long, demanding workdays
- Previous construction and/or pouring concrete experience
- Team-oriented mindset
- Must possess a valid driver license
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
