About the Role:

​We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Waterproofing Installer to join our team! At Andy Burandt Waterproofing we are the longest running waterproofing contractor in WNY and we take great pride in delivering top-tier foundation protection, drainage solutions, and basement waterproofing for all of our clients.​This is a hands-on, physically active role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a team environment and taking pride in a job well done.​

Key Responsibilities: ​Assist with the installation of interior and exterior basement waterproofing systems, sump pumps, and drainage solutions.​ Operate job-site tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently. ​Perform site prep and cleanup, including digging, hauling materials, etc.. ​Work closely with the lead installer to ensure projects are completed on schedule and up to quality standards. ​Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.​

Qualifications & Requirements

​Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting (50 lbs), digging, bending, and standing for extended periods.​

Reliability: Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude.​

Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop.​

Experience: Prior experience in construction, masonry / concrete, or waterproofing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!​ Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.​
