Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for the direct management of assets, tenants, vendors, and on-site personnel while ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and high tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of a commercial property portfolio, including assets, staff, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement property management strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency, ensure properties meet established standards, and enhance asset value.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards. Manage existing preventive maintenance systems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and manage annual property budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to assess property performance.
- Maintain strong, productive relationships with tenants and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicate in a professional, prompt, and positive manner to support organizational goals.
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and service providers.
- Collect receivables, manage operating expenses, and monitor budgets.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial or mixed-use property management experience
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; calm and professional under pressure
- Knowledge of lease administration, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations
- Familiarity with property management software or ability to learn quickly.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and make/receive frequent phone calls.
- Professional approach to tenant and vendor relationships
Education & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills
- Valid real estate or broker license is a plus.
