St Vincent’s Care at Home is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Rehab at Home program in Sydney. This role delivers high‑quality rehabilitation to patients in their own homes, supporting safe early discharge and recovery following elective orthopaedic surgery and acute private hospital admissions to St Vincent's Mater and Sydney Private hospitals. Rehab at Home is an established, evidence‑based model combining in‑home physiotherapy, virtual care, and multidisciplinary coordination to achieve excellent patient outcomes while avoiding unnecessary hospital stays. About You You’ll bring expert physiotherapy care into the community with confident autonomous practice, sharp clinical reasoning, and a modern, tech‑enabled approach to rehabilitation.
