Offer 1:1 support for families, carers, supporters accessing Hawthorn clinic Coordinate and facilitate a group for carers Work in collaboration with treating teams across the clinic Classifications for this position will range from AK47 - AK50 ($90,880 - $101,233 per annum pro rata).
