Seven D Windows and Doors a leading Vinyl window and Door Manufacture located in Hollidaysburg PA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in efforts to assist in maintaining our facility and the operation of production machinery. The work schedule will be first shift Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. Techs may be required to work some overtime in efforts to keep production running.
Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
· Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
· Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and engineering blue prints.
· Service and maintain CNC machinery including servos and robotics.
· Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
· Collaborate with other team members to maintain production efficiency.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
· Strong knowledge of electrical components and systems running with 220v and 440v.
· Strong knowledge of CNC machinery components and systems.
· Knowledge of welding and machining is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Strong math skills to help with machine parameters and adjustments.
· Strong computer, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on industrial machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical diagnostics using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Repair and maintain equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulic presses, HVAC systems, and low/high voltage systems.
- Operate and calibrate precision measuring instruments and diagnostic tools like ammeters and ohmmeters to ensure equipment accuracy.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks.
- Read electrical blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct field service activities including working on scissor lifts and other elevated platforms safely to access high or hard-to-reach equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machinery reliability and implement modifications or upgrades as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to high voltage, low voltage, welding ( welding), HVAC/R systems, and industrial mechanics.
- Support customer service efforts by responding promptly to production needs and minimizing downtime through efficient troubleshooting.
Skills
- Extensive experience in manufacturing facility maintenance with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical blueprint reading.
- Skilled in troubleshooting pneumatic systems, hydraulic components, HVAC/R systems, and high/low voltage electrical circuits.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS software for maintenance management; familiarity with analysis skills for diagnosing complex issues.
- Ability to operate industrial tools such as welders (including welding), ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments accurately.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to industrial electrician work, field service operations, and working at heights using scissor lifts or similar equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by industrial electrician experience; capable of performing welding repairs when necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork coordination.
- Military background or experience is a plus due to disciplined approach to maintenance procedures.
