Cenveo, a leading envelope manufacturer, is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to maintain, repair, and install production machinery in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule
- $28.41/hr shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights).
- 2 days and 2 nights required : Day shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am.
- Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season.
- Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.
Primary Duties
- Repair, maintain, and install production equipment using prints and technical plans
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs, part replacements, and equipment rebuilds
- Operate machine‑shop tools (mills, lathes, welding equipment)
- Perform and document preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems (up to 480V)
- Follow all safety procedures and complete other assigned duties
Qualifications:
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4--5 years industrial mechanical maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Solid troubleshooting skills; able to perform detailed mechanical work accurately
- Basic math and communication skills; willingness to work overtime
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying
- Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 75--100 lbs
- Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
- Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
