We are seeking a Student Experience Coordinator to support our retreat and training center. This is a full-time position with some evening and weekend hours. The position will be responsible for:
- Supporting and enhancing the customer/student experience
- Overseeing and supporting our guest services and enrollment teams including staff and volunteers
- Leading the team in student-facing questions and interactions
- Scheduling and overseeing vendors, including managing maintenance of our retreat facility
- Work in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Maintaining records/information in our client management software (MindBody Online)
- Other office duties and program maintenance functions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Hotel or restaurant experience is a plus.
- Face-to-face customer service experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office.
- Enjoy and excel working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Own car & good driving record.
- Reside within 15 miles of our Downingtown PA location.
