Position Purpose: Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and working dog owner communications; drive customer acquisition through execution of the company's marketing strategy; and support daily operations through a range of administrative responsibilities.

Core Functions and Responsibilities:
Concierge of Services & Customer Relations
- Respond to and follow up on website inquiries and phone calls, providing information about the company's background, philosophy, training methodology, and working dog pricing and services
- Build and maintain a database of prospective customers
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers through consistent, professional communication
- Develop and execute a structured communication plan for ongoing owner engagement
- Coordinate with a third-party photographer to provide images to clients
- Host prospective and current clients during ranch visits
Administration
- Manage delivery logistics, follow-on training scheduling, and annual recertification coordination
- Book and coordinate all travel for mobile trainers
- Process online store orders, including payment handling and fulfillment
- Maintain and update the company website, including dog and employee profiles and page content review
- Manage the company master calendar
- Oversee creation and distribution of special mailings and cards, including recipient lists
Marketing
- Partner with the President to develop the annual marketing strategy
- Serve as the primary contact for marketing vendors and inquiries
- Track and report on customer acquisition metrics tied to marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with a third-party social media content creator to ensure a cohesive brand presence
- Represent the company at marketing events as needed
Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving business environment
- Capable of navigating sensitive situations involving clients and their working dogs with discretion and composure
- Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding company operations and training methods
- Willing and able to travel as required
- Proficient in Google Suite; comfortable adopting and navigating new software systems as needed
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
