Sales Development Representative - Charlotte

SV Academy is partnering with a global, AI-powered technology company helping organizations stay ahead of today’s most sophisticated cyber threats. This is a rare opportunity to break into tech sales while working with cutting-edge technology used by enterprises around the world.

Through SV Academy’s Sales Development Residency, you’ll receive hands-on training and step into a full-time SDR role at a high-growth tech company known for innovation, strong sales culture, and internal career growth.

The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll learn how to confidently speak to technical solutions, uncover business challenges, and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in-office).

You’ll be responsible for:

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Researching accounts and engaging key decision-makers
• Qualifying leads and setting meetings for AEs
• Clearly articulating the value of an AI-driven solution
• Hitting weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need prior cybersecurity or tech sales experience.

Customer-facing or sales-adjacent experience is a plus.
