Field Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who takes pride in delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, repairs, and calibration of equipment in the field.
- Troubleshoot and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime for customers.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system audits to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Complete and submit accurate field service reports detailing work performed, time spent, and findings.
- Deliver professional and responsive support while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Line Manager or Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment or machinery.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs (34 kg).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
