What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Hydro Service & Supplies, Inc.?
· Responsible for service calls within territory and account assignment.
· Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
· Recommends solutions based on the Technical service manual and Field engineering to include our complete line of products.
· Maintains parts inventory and keeps levels of inventory control and usages at peak performance.
· Perform preventive maintenance on water treatment equipment such as water softeners, carbon filters, RO units, pumps, UV units, storage tanks, and more.
· Be very flexible, and maintain an "on call" status when scheduled (Available for 24/7 emergency response) after completion of training.

Experience and Qualification Requirements
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Ability to pass background check and DOT Physical.
· Valid driver’s license w/ record in good standing is required
· Hands on type of background (mechanical, plumbing, and electrical experience helpful).
· Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
· Good customer service skills
· Stay calm under pressure.
· Lift 100 lbs.
· Organized, detail oriented, flexible, high energy, self-starter, innovative, & good communicator
