Organization: SLH-Sutter Lakeside Hospital Position Overview: Sutter Lakeside Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our dynamic care team. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of cardiac conditions Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac testing, including EKGs, echocardiography, stress testing, and ambulatory monitoring Provide cardiology consultations for hospitalized patients Collaborate closely with primary care providers and specialty teams Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Participate in shared call coverage as assigned Qualifications Education MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited internship and residency program Experience Five (5) years of recent, relevant clinical experience preferred Certification & Licensure Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology Eligible for California medical licensure DEA registration BLS and ACLS certification required Additional certifications (PALS, NRP) as required by department policy About Sutter Lakeside Hospital 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving Lake County and surrounding rural communities Only certified trauma and stroke center in Lake County, accredited by The Joint Commission Offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including emergency care, imaging, ICU, surgery, and specialty clinics Known for a collaborative, physician-friendly culture with a strong focus on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction Competitive compensation package including guaranteed salary, benefits, and retirement program Relocation Assistance up to $20k Sign On Bonus up to $30k Professional Growth & Work-Life Balance Balanced practice environment with collegial support Access to the broader Sutter Health network and resources Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by expanding specialty care access in an underserved region About Lakeport & the Surrounding Area Lakeport is located on the western shore of Clear Lake, California’s largest natural freshwater lake, offering year-round outdoor recreation including boating, fishing, kayaking, and hiking. Pay Range is $502,403.20 to $752,003.20 / annual salary The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
