Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
Essential Duties
-
Provide on-site supervision, instruction, and support while clients perform work in community-based settings, ensuring safety at all times
-
Implement individual behavior support plans and provide appropriate supervision
-
Monitor quality of work and provide coaching or corrective guidance as needed
-
Support and communicate with employers to foster positive working relationships
-
Assist job sites in developing additional tasks for clients over time
-
Share relevant updates with coworkers supporting the same clients and job sites
-
Transport clients using a personal vehicle when required
-
Provide instruction in environments such as restaurants, stores, offices, and recreational facilities
-
Maintain accurate written records, document progress, and complete required reports
-
Attend team meetings and required in-service trainings
-
Collaborate with families, guardians, residential providers, care managers, and IRIS consultants
-
Maintain availability between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Other Duties

Perform additional tasks or projects as needed to support organizational needs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
-
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and current auto insurance
-
Reliable personal vehicle

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards

Accurate documentation and data entry skills
-
Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions
-
Ability to problem-solve and support individuals with behavioral challenges
Physical & Work Requirements
Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours)

Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds

Ability to assist with client transfers

Ability to transport clients using a personal vehicle when required
Work Environment

Work takes place in a variety of community settings, including offices, factories, restaurants, retail spaces, and outdoor environments
