Residential Sales Representative
Location: Madison, WI
Pay: $60,000 – $150,000 per year

Schedule: Evenings and weekends as needed
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and personable Residential Sales Representative to connect with homeowners, provide project estimates, and close new business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys being out in the field, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
You’ll be responsible for managing your schedule, meeting with prospective customers, and delivering a high-quality sales experience from first interaction through project kickoff.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a daily appointment calendar
- Meet with homeowners to assess needs and provide project estimates
- Deliver professional, on-the-spot proposals and close sales
- Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on open opportunities
- Maintain organized records of estimates and client interactions
- Conduct evening and weekend appointments during peak season (April–July)
- Travel locally to meet with clients
Qualifications
- Strong sales ability with confidence in persuading and closing
- Highly disciplined and organized, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and personable with a passion for meeting new people
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
- Receptive to coaching and feedback
- Ability to take measurements and perform basic math calculations
- Comfortable using CRM tools and estimating software
- Valid driver’s license required
