You’ll play a key role in building and scaling the division, enhancing processes, strengthening partnerships, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the growth of the retirement plan practice, including new business development and client expansion
  • Serve as the primary consultant and relationship manager for plan sponsor clients
  • Provide fiduciary guidance, including 3(21) and 3(38) investment advisory services
  • Guide plan design, benchmarking, and long-term strategy for employer-sponsored plans
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations and industry best practices
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with plan providers, TPAs, custodians, and other key stakeholders
  • Develop and enhance workflows, reporting, and operational efficiencies to support scale
  • Lead participant education initiatives to drive engagement and improve retirement outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in retirement plan consulting, administration, or advisory services
  • Strong knowledge of qualified retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 457, cash balance, IRAs)
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive business with business owners, executives, and HR leaders
  • Experience in business development, client growth, or practice-building strongly preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CPFA, AIF®, or QKA® are a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to growth
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match
  • Generous paid time off and support for ongoing professional development
  • Opportunity to take true ownership of a growing practice and make a measurable impact
  • Collaborative, client-focused culture that values initiative, innovation, and long-term success
