Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Banking Supervisor to lead and support retail banking operations across multiple branch locations in Wisconsin. This position is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional who combines strong leadership skills with a commitment to operational excellence, relationship development, and exceptional service.

The Retail Banking Supervisor will oversee daily retail banking activities, coach and develop team members, resolve complex customer and operational issues, and help ensure consistent execution of banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily retail banking operations across multiple branch locations.

• Ensure a consistently high level of customer service while addressing and resolving escalated customer concerns.

• Coach, develop, and manage direct reports to improve productivity, performance, and operational effectiveness.

• Onboard, train, and support retail banking employees.

• Monitor adherence to applicable banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for retail banking transactions, products, services, and operational processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer, employee, and operational inquiries.

• Promote relationship development and identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.

• Support organizational goals and strategic retail banking initiatives.

• Participate in community activities and leadership opportunities to build relationships and maintain visibility with current and prospective customers.

• Travel between branch locations as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, and retail banking.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.

• Associate degree, two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized program of study through a business or trade school.

• Strong coaching, leadership, and team-development abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and employees at multiple levels.

• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, credibility, diplomacy, and sound judgment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively handle complex or sensitive situations.

• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned locations.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
