Location: Bismarck, Mandan, Fargo, Oakes, or Ellendale, North Dakota
Salary: $50,000–$84,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance clients, assisting with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing
- Partner with the sales team to support client retention, identify new business opportunities, and generate referrals
- Process policy renewals, submit applications, and communicate with insurance carriers
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare insurance documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Property & Casualty insurance license required
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
