Job Title: Billing Specialist- PART TIME

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a part time Billing Specialist. This position plays a key role in supporting Sustainable Beef’s financial operations through a variety of billing and customer account management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable using Business Central ERP.
• Enter invoices and accurately post them into the ERP system.
• Match and verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery slips, and related documentation.
• Communicate promptly with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Adhere strictly to billing and reporting deadlines.
• Support weekend operations on a scheduled rotation, as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Verify bill of ladings and sales orders to ensure correct quantities and products are loaded on outbound trucks.
• Record hide counts into the inventory system and generate corresponding sales orders and invoices.

• Prepare and manage shipping documents for outbound product loads.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in billing, accounts payable, or financial operations preferred (experience in a manufacturing or meat processing environment is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems (Business Central experience highly preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across departments
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage time, and handle pressure.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to follow through on tasks to completion.
