What are the responsibilities and job description for the Road Safety Set-up/Traffic Control position at Sussex Protection Service, LLC?
Performs traffic control duties (flagging, setting up and/or maintaining road closures, etc.) as required and in accordance with regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License required with reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Drug free
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Hard working and Self-Motivation’s important
- Team Player
- Flagger - Stand for long period of time
- Willing to work overtime (night/weekends)
- Mechanical or Construction Experience preferred, but not required.
- Capacity to lift at least 40 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Ability to accept and learn from criticism
- Have flexibility and adaptability
