Sussex County is searching for a Parks and Recreation Director, a position newly created by the Board of Supervisors. This is an exciting opportunity to build a parks and recreation program in a rural county, develop and enhance partnerships with existing community organizations, and establish and improve programming serving youth to seniors. This position will serve as a member of the county management team reporting to the County Administrator and collaborating with other county departments.
