Position Summary
Treasury Client Care Specialist II provides superior customer service to our business clients for a multitude of products via Business Online Banking, Positive Pay, ACH, Lockbox and Remote Deposit Capture Systems. Work is done in a team environment and is varied in nature. Incumbent applies strong knowledge of bank and treasury products, operations to solve issues or find solutions, technical knowledge with the ability to train clients on Treasury products and services. Supports Treasury Management Support Specialist team members with general knowledge and experience of Treasury products. This role provides primary phone & email support in a contact center environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of Business Online Banking and Treasury Management products and services.
- Works closely with Treasury Management Sales Officer(s) to support and maintain business client relationships.
- Has strong technical knowledge and skills with the ability to train clients on Treasury products and services.
- Provides technical assistance to clients on Quickbooks and other accounting software.
- Respond to internal/external customer inquiries, problems, complaints via phone and email.
- Perform onboarding and maintenance of Treasury Management products such as: Business Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Lockbox and Remote Deposit Capture.
- Provide over the phone training to business clients for Treasury Management products and services.
- Maintain account analysis database, combining of accounts, discretionary pricing, waiver requests in the Jack Henry System.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, building reports, and preparing outgoing mail.
- Provide professional and courteous service to Susser Bank customers and employees.
- Preparation of pricing proformas for Treasury Management Sales Officer(s).
- Assist with ACH origination callback and approval process.
- Assist with Annual Review of all Treasury Management Services.
- Understand and agree to abide by the policies and procedures established by Susser Bank.
- Perform job duties in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records, building and maintaining customer and community trust.
- Maintain current and up-to-date knowledge and continue professional development through training as needed.

- Performs additional duties as assigned or directed.
Education and Experience Required
- High school or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years banking experience, with 2 years in Treasury Management preferred.
- Experience in Jack Henry account analysis also preferred, working exceptions, combining of accounts, discretionary pricing, waiver requests, reporting.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM, managing & working cases preferred.
- Experience with Contact Center telephony technology, accountability to various metrics. (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities Required
- Job/Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of PC based hardware and operating systems such as Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to Train clients on Treasury Products and Services.
- Strong understanding of Quickbooks.
- Willingness to learn new products, multiple systems, and ability to adapt when systems change.
- Attention to detail with high concern for data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey a positive attitude.
- Analytical skills, problem solving and good time management.
- Cooperation/Teamwork and patience in dealing with customers.
