The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to strategic initiatives that increase brand visibility and engagement across our bank’s markets.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and online banking platforms.
- Support content creation and posting for the company’s social media accounts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Help maintain and update the company's website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending company-sponsored events.
- Assist with the production, inventory management, and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Help update the company’s intranet with marketing content and communications.
- Assist in developing internal and external communications to support brand initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing department as needed.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, social media management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, website management platforms (such as WordPress), and email marketing tools (such as MailChimp) is a plus.
- Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
