Duties
- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their RV concerns, and accurately record their service requests
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance options clearly, emphasizing benefits and value to the customer
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and communicate customer expectations effectively
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Handle cash transactions professionally while maintaining accurate records of all financial dealings
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or background in RV, auto, or power sports service management is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in RV diagnostics, repair procedures, and RV maintenance practice.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and trust with customers
- Mechanical experience or service technician background is a plus for understanding complex repairs
- Basic cash handling skills with attention to detail in record keeping
- RV sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory
