Duties

• Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate RV features and benefits clearly, highlighting the value of each unit to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using CRM software.
• Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, accessories, and upgrades to maximize sales revenue.
• Manage inventory control and assist with dealership inventory management to ensure accurate product availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and supporting clients throughout their purchasing journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end or specialty vehicles preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in B2B (business-to-business) sales or public speaking engagements.
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for efficient dealership operations.
• Ability to cold call prospects, conduct outbound sales efforts, and support marketing initiatives.
