Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Loading/unloading equipment
- Basic equipment care and jobsite cleanup
- Working efficiently as part of a crew
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to Elkton, MD
- Ability to work outdoors in heat and cold
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Driver’s license preferred (required for Lead roles)
Pay & Benefits
- $17–22/hr based on experience
