Lawn Maintenance Crew Member – Full-Time
Location: 273 Walnut Shade Road, Dover, DE
We are currently hiring full-time crew members to join our lawn care and mowing team. This position involves physical outdoor work and requires prior experience with mowing and landscape maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial lawn mowers and equipment safely and effectively
- Perform general lawn maintenance including trimming, edging, and debris removal
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work efficiently with a team to complete daily schedules
- Follow company safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience with mowing and landscape work is required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site
