What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide guests through our menu and explain our premium all-you-can-eat dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using a POS system.
- Deliver food promptly while providing attentive, personalized service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests.
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with hosts, bartenders, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a restaurant server, food server, waitstaff, or hospitality team member is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Must be eligible to serve alcoholic beverages under Michigan law.
