Sushi Note Omakase, on Rodeo Dr in the heart of Beverly Hills is now hiring for a qualified professional sushi chef to join our team on a seasonal basis. The anticipated length of employment is anticipated to be approximately eight - sixteen weeks to cover for our chef while he is away. Our small team of sushi chefs get an hourly wage of $20 per hour plus tip pool share. This position is responsible for the preparation and execution of our 20 course omakase experiemce. While this position is currently seasonal part time we are always interested in experienced and professional such chefs to add to the team when full time positions became available. We are a company that is actively pursuing our growth plan to expand to more locaitons across the country. If you have years of omakase sushi chef experience, a great service attitude and are eager to be part of a truly team work environment we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have: • Upscale experience in omakase sushi preparation and excellent customer service skills. • Able to create consistent beautiful items and take initiative in a guest service focused environment.• Maintains a sense of urgency attitude for the completion of responsibilities/tasks.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.• Consistently maintaining a high degree of cleanliness and organization with appearance, throughout preparation area, and sushi bar.• Expediting and controlling quality of dishes.
