Duties
- Responsible for washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to keep the kitchen stocked and ready for service.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients as needed.
- Support the catering team during events by helping with setup, cleanup, and serving tasks when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes in dining areas to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and efficient operation during busy hours.
Qualifications
