Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Clear and reset tables swiftly after guests leave to prepare for new diners, maintaining a tidy dining environment.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or prepping ingredients under supervision.
- Support catering and banquet events by providing timely bussing and cleaning services to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations through regular cleaning routines.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service and timely table turnover.
- Follow all food handling safety protocols and sanitation procedures to promote a safe environment for staff and guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
