Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, dishes, and utensils.
- Wash and restock all cooking and serving items throughout shift.
- Assist in basic food prep (washing, chopping, labeling, organizing).
- Set up and break down prep stations as directed by chefs.
- Properly store ingredients and prep items per food safety guidelines.
- Remove trash and recyclables and maintain back-of-house cleanliness.
- Help with closing duties and daily deep cleaning tasks.
- Kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and respectful in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to follow direction and maintain kitchen standards.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler’s Certification or willingness to obtain.
