Position Summary
Sushi Confidential is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Busser to join our fast-paced team. As a Busser, you play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by keeping the dining room clean, organized, and running smoothly. If you thrive in a high-volume restaurant environment and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to ensure efficient guest seating
- Assist servers and hosts to maintain smooth service flow
- Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- Stock and organize supplies such as plates, utensils, napkins, and glassware
- Support the kitchen and front-of-house team as needed during busy shifts
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train
