This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accounting Manager, located in San Jose, CA, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage journal entries, and oversee the maintenance of fixed asset records. The role includes developing financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading audits, and collaborating with stakeholders on financial planning. Additionally, the incumbent will provide guidance to accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
- Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Proficiency in managing Journal Entries and maintaining Fixed Assets processes
- Advanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
- In-depth knowledge of Finance principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office, especially Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
- Proven experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
