**Job Description:** As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1. **Delivery Driver:** - Safely and efficiently deliver orders to our valued customers. - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food items. - Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. 2. **Food Prep:** - Prepare fresh ingredients for sushi rolls and other menu items. - Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality. 3. **Sushi Rolling and Cutting:** - Skillfully roll and cut sushi using traditional techniques. - Ensure the presentation and quality of each roll meets our high standards. 4. **Order Packaging and Handout:** - Carefully package orders for takeout and delivery. - Provide friendly and efficient service when handing out orders to customers. 5. **Taking Orders:** - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Accurately record and input orders into the system. 6. **Cash Register:** - Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. - Process credit card payments using our POS system. 7. **Dish Washing:** - Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. - Ensure a clean and organized dishwashing area. 8. **Cleaning:** - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, kitchen, and restroom facilities. - Perform regular cleaning tasks to uphold sanitation standards. 9. **Shift Lead/Management (for experienced candidates):** - Provide guidance and support to team members during shifts. - Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and other managerial tasks.
