Leadership Experience & Skills
· 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Ability to manage operations, people, and performance under pressure
· Experience with inventory, scheduling, compliance, and financial goals
· Background in Japanese cuisine is a plus, but not required
