be corrected to normal range. Some exposure to communicable diseases,
hazardous materials and needles is required. Working conditions are

- Restocks automated dispensing units on all nursing units accurately
Pyxis as needed.\
- Runs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Pyxis reports.

- Responsible for accurately maintaining narcotic records.\
- Aseptically clean the IV hood. Complete annual aseptic technique

- Accurately prepare the IV medications and document.\
- Batch, restock and reorder IV medications and supplies as necessary.\
- Follow USP 800 guidelines for Hazardous Material handling. Complete
