Pay & Schedule
$22.22/hour
➕ $5.09/hour Health & Welfare (H&W) Fringe Benefit for all hours worked
Part-Time | 22 Hours Per Week
Fixed Schedule:
- Monday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security services and customer service within a high-volume healthcare environment
- Strong communication, report writing, and conflict de-escalation skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies and critical incidents
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor designated healthcare facilities and surrounding areas
- Control access to restricted areas and maintain visitor accountability
- Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents
- Conduct regular foot patrols of targeted entrances and facility grounds
- Complete, accurate incident reports and activity logs
- Assist patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a safe and secure environment
Employment Requirements
- Must successfully pass all required background screenings
- Must complete a comprehensive medical physical examination and behavioral health assessment
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and conducting continuous patrols of targeted entrance areas and facility grounds throughout assigned shifts
