We’re hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. This role is ideal for closers who know how to source, analyze, negotiate, and secure profitable deals.
What You’ll Do
- Source and analyze residential investment properties (MLS, off-market, wholesalers)
- Build relationships with wholesalers, agents, and investors
- Evaluate properties using ARV, MAO, and rehab estimates
- Negotiate directly with sellers and secure purchase contracts
- Manage and track leads in CRM systems (PropStream, Wise Agent, etc.)
- Coordinate with title, rehab/project management, and listing teams
- Bring deals full-cycle from lead → contract → close
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment sales
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Experience analyzing comps and calculating ARV/MAO
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
- Real estate license preferred (not required)
Compensation
- Base Pay: $1,500–$2,000/month (intro period)
- Commission: 10–15% of net profit per closed deal
- Bonuses:
- $500 for first closed deal within 60 days
- $1,000 milestone bonus after 3 deals or $50K profit
- Projected Annual Earnings: $75K–$150K (performance-based)
