Surgispa Plastic Surgery is seeking a Bilingual part time Tuesday/Thursday Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Henderson, NV.
Job Duties:
- Greet and check-in/Check-Out all patients, including the patient’s family and or caregivers
- Create quotes for patient office visit/treatment/products
- Accurately Collect Money
- Redeem and issue points in Alle/Aspire for patient reward programs/register patient in programs and provide information.
- Answer all incoming calls and route accordingly
- Check and respond to phone messages
- Schedule patients for appointments
- Make outgoing calls
- Fax, Scan, and upload patient documents (e.g., prescriptions, photo Id's)
- Manage patient payments (including patient deposits)
- Update patient schedule as needed
- Keep lobby clean and orderly, checking for outdated publications. Fill brochures.
- Accurately input new patient demographic information or update as needed into Nextech system.
- Verify pre-op paperwork is properly filled out and signed.
- Assist patients with purchasing skin care products or other treatments including treatment packages.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively with patients and co-workers.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to operate a computer with basic functions (e.g., Internet surfing). Basic computer skills are required.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
