Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Sales located in Huntington Beach, CA. The Vice President of Sales will oversee sales operations, manage key accounts, drive business development efforts, and lead a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and cultivating relationships with clients to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in Account Management and Sales Operations with a focus on building client relationships
- Strong abilities in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills to manage and motivate a sales team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in the medical or surgical device industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- You must have experience in this space with relationships across Spine, Neuro, Plastic, Orthopedics, and the ability to move product.
