- Run full diligence on an acquisition target: financials, quality of earnings, customer concentration, working capital
- Build the operating model and stress-test the seller's numbers
- Pull apart the data room and flag what's real vs. dressed up
- Size the market, the competitive position, and the integration risk
- Deliver a clear go / no-go memo with the assumptions laid out
Who we're looking for
- Experience in PE, investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate development with deals you actually closed or killed
- You've built three-statement and LBO models from scratch
- You can read a QoE report and know where management teams hide things
- Comfortable working off messy seller data, not clean public filings
- Fast, sharp, and able to defend your numbers when challenged
Engagement
- Project-based on the current deal, with potential to continue across the pipeline
- To apply Send your resume and one line on a deal you recommended walking away from and why. That answer matters more than the resume.
