We are looking for a front desk receptionist with experience working in a healthcare setting to join our team. This position is responsible for greeting, registering and general interaction with patients and families of our General Surgery office practice. Daily tasks include but are not limited to checking in patients for appointments, collecting payments, answering phone calls and taking messages, and obtaining and scanning records. Knowledge of computers is a must because we use an electronic medical record and accurate data entry is an expectation for this position. This position is full-time Monday-Friday (38 hours/week) with medical, dental, and vision benefits, pension after one year and no working nights, major holidays or weekends. Medical experience/knowledge is preferred.
