Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Graduate of accredited AMA school of Radiologic Technology.
- Experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for obtaining Radiographic Images of diagnostic quality while adhering to departmental standards and protocols.
- Maintains a high quality standard of Imaging excellence in all areas of the radiology department.
- Collaborates with other professionals in and out of the Hospital to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Prepare examination room, equipment, and instruments per patient needs.
- Operate x-ray machine according to established procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Follow relevant safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
