Job Description:
We are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Mason Equity team as a Part-Time Property Manager. This role is based onsite at our Cardington, Ohio location, but also includes oversight of operations at our nearby Delaware, Ohio properties. No prior experience is necessary. If you have basic administrative skills, basic computer functionality, and excel in customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple properties.
- Handle apartment leasing and sales, including showing units, following up with prospects, and processing applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as responding to emails and maintaining records.
- Conduct property tours, inspections and basic upkeep checks.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Post notices, collect rent, and maintain regular tenant communication.
- Minimum 30-35hrs per week.
- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required depending on resident needs or emergencies.
- Mileage incurred during job duties will be reimbursed.
Qualifications:
- Basic administrative capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, working vehicle.
- Proficiency with basic computer functions.
- Strong focus on customer service and building good relationships.
- Grit and determination to ensure resident satisfaction and property excellence.
Preferred (but not Required):
- Background in leasing, property management, or sales.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws or Rental Housing practices
