We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and client acquisition within a defined geographic area. This role will focus on expanding our presence across multiple industries—including hospitality, light industrial, manufacturing, and automotive—by delivering customized staffing and workforce solutions.
The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a strong background in B2B sales, who excels at building relationships, uncovering client needs, and closing deals that align with our service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management & Business Development
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share within your assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and consistently work to generate qualified leads.
Sales Execution & Client Relationships
- Understand client workforce needs and sell tailored staffing solutions that deliver value.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial contact and proposal development through negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments within your territory to position services effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, recruiting, and operations) to align sales efforts with company goals and service delivery.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Set and meet individual sales targets, activity benchmarks, and territory growth objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools to document activity, manage contacts, and track sales performance.
- Provide regular updates and insights to sales leadership on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, workforce solutions, or a related service industry.
- 5 years of experience in sales or business development; territory management experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following sectors: hospitality, light industrial, manufacturing, or automotive.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
